Our heavenly organic floral bath salts infused with amethyst and rose quartz crystals soothe and nourish the skin whilst calming the spirit and cultivating self love.
The salts deeply cleanse and detoxify the skin and muscles by drawing out toxins, whilst simultaneously replenishing the body with vital minerals, nutrients and trace elements.
It can be used as a beautiful relaxing bath soak or as a cleansing, purifying and replenishing foot soak for yourself or a beloved.
Each jar comes with a reusable cotton muslin tea bag, to save you having to clean the bathtub, or you might love to immerse yourself completely in the flowers, petals and crystals.
Ingredients: Organic Calendula, Rose Petals, Organic Lavender, Organic Chamomile, Epsom Salt, Himalayan Salt, Amethyst and Rose Quartz.
Directions:
1. Fill the bath with warm water to your desired depth.
2. Either fill your cotton muslin tea bag or place directly into the bath water 30g/ 7 teaspoons of the Floral Crystal Bath Salts.
You may choose to set an intention and hold that thought as you place the flora and crystals into the water, eg. I am replenished, I am loved, I am enough...
3. Sit, relax, breath deeply and nurture your mind body and spirit in the aroma and beautiful energy for at least 20mins.
