Our postpartum new mum nourishment gift box has been created with the intention to nourish, replenish, soothe, heal and ease new mums gracefully through her first 40 days following the birth of her baby.

It has been carefully curated using the highest quality organic ingredients from mother nature and consciously handcrafted by an Acupuncturist and mother of two, based on the Chinese medicine principle of nurturing the new mother, to nurture the baby.

New Mother Tonic Tea 30g - 

This nourishing sweet and earthy blend is deeply replenishing and supports postpartum healing. Nettle is loaded with iron and vitamin C, which are responsible for red blood cell and milk production. Hibiscus and Rosehip are also rich in vitamin C which may assist iron absorption. Raspberry Leaf has traditionally being used as a uterine tonic pre and post birth. 

Mothers Milk + Tranquil Baby's Tummy Tea 30g-

This calming blend is nourishing for breastfeeding mothers and may help increase milk supply, whilst soothing baby's tummy and calming colic, wind and digestive disturbances. Nettle is loaded with iron and vitamin C, which may help increase blood iron levels. Fennel has been used traditionally as a milk enhancer for mothers and to reduce colic in babies and aid digestion. Oatstraw is rich in vitamin A and B vitamins which calm anxiety, stress and fatigue. Caraway is rich in antioxidants and supports digestive health. Aniseed may improve mood and reduce the feelings of baby blues whilst supporting breast milk production.

Postpartum Herbal Bath Salts 90g-

Herbal bath salts are a gentle and healing way to cleanse the tender areas of your body post birth. Our bath salts can be used as a comfrey sitz bath, peri bottle tea, infused frozen maxi pads or as a relaxing foot soak ritual.

Comfrey leaf is deeply replenishing to the skin, whilst lavender and chamomile helps calm the mind and spirit after the huge right of passage that a woman journeys through during birth. Raspberry leaf is renowned for its effects on the uterus, which over the next 6 weeks will return to its pre-pregnancy size and shape, epsom salts are cleansing and detoxifying, whilst pink Himalayan salt nourishes and replenishes with trace elements and vital minerals. Rose quartz is a powerful crystal that cultivates self love, nourishment and care. 

Peppermint + Calendula Lip Balm 15g- 

Calendula has been used in folk medicine for centuries to calm, replenish and nourish the skin. Peppermint essential oil is cooling, purifying and stimulating. This lip balm is an essential in every mum bag! It is cooling and refreshing on the lips and breath, whilst the calendula gently nourishes the lips. All our balms are handcrafted with organic calendula oil that is infused in the nurturing light of the sun and the moon for six weeks.

Organic Calendula Nourished Skin Balm 40g- 

This balm is perfect and gentle on chapped and healing skin, it is a motherhood essential. Calendula has been used in folk medicine for centuries to calm, nourish and soothe the skin. It is gentle on delicate and fragile skin and soothes minor cuts, tears, grazes and scrapes, perfect for sore nipples and can double as a lip balm.

Divine Organic Ginger + Sugar Scrub 125g -

This delicious warming body and face scrub is intoxicating to the senses. A luxurious and nourishing self love ritual. The aroma of ginger and warming spices is invigorating, calming and deeply nourishing. 

It can be used liberally in the shower or bath to exfoliate and moisturise your skin, or as a foot scrub during a relaxing foot soak ritual. It will leave your skin feeling soft, hydrated and supple. 

Palo Santo + Clear Quartz Smudge Stick - 

Burning Palo Santo, otherwise knowns as 'Holy Wood' creates a calming, aromatic smoke that has traditionally been used by South American shamans to cleanse, purify and protect against negativity. Our Palo Santo smudge sticks have been sustainably harvested.
